Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 July 2026

These terms apply when you download, buy, or use software made by Almudio, an independent audio-software studio. You can reach us at almogharari.biz@gmail.com. By installing or using our software you agree to these terms.

Who can use our software

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a license; anyone younger may use our software only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By downloading or buying, you also confirm you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive trade embargo and are not on any government restricted-party list.

Purchases and Merchant of Record

Our checkout is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. That means Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction: Paddle takes the payment, manages currency and fraud checks, and handles all sales tax and VAT. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's buyer terms (see paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Almudio licenses the software to you under the terms below.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service and returns.

Your license

Almudio software is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the plugin on up to two (2) of your own machines, activated online. Your license carries an identifying watermark tied to your email. The free edition and any paid edition are the same software under the same license terms.

What you may not do

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share your license or the software.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try to derive the source code.
  • Modify the software or remove or alter any copyright, credit, or watermark information.
  • Use the software to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

If you breach any of these terms, we may suspend or permanently revoke your license without a refund, and we may take any legal action available to us, including seeking damages and a court order to stop the breach.

Ownership

Almudio and its licensors keep all intellectual property rights in the software. Any rights not expressly granted to you stay with Almudio.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almudio disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You use the software at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the software. Where Almudio is found liable, its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

Indemnification

You agree to cover Almudio for any third-party claim, loss, or reasonable legal cost that arises from your misuse of the software or your breach of these terms. This does not apply where a claim results from Almudio's own conduct or cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have that cannot be limited or excluded under the consumer law that applies to you, including in the EU and the UK.

Pricing, updates, and plans

The prices, discounts, price caps (such as any “$30 maximum”), free periods, free-update and “lifetime update” statements, planned plugins, and community perks (such as early access, betas, or member pricing) shown on our website reflect our current plans and promotional offers. They are goals and offers, not lifetime guarantees, and do not form part of a binding contract, except for the price and terms that applied to a product at the time you bought it.

We may change our prices, price caps, plans, offers, features, release plans, and perks, and start or stop them, at any time on a going-forward basis. Any change will not affect the price you already paid for a product you already own, and any free updates promised for that product at your time of purchase still apply to it. Where the law requires notice of a change, we will give it.

Refunds

Our refund terms are on our Refund Policy page.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows the current version. Your purchase itself is made through Paddle as our Merchant of Record and is governed by Paddle's buyer terms. This software license is governed by the laws of Israel, where Almudio operates. This never removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live, which always apply. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect; these terms, together with our Refund and Privacy policies, are the entire agreement between you and Almudio for the software.
