Refund Policy

Almudio is the trading name of Almog Harari, a sole proprietor based in Israel. We want you to be happy with your plugin. Because our software unlocks the moment you activate it, our refund window is tied to activation.

14-day refund before activation

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as the license has not yet been activated on any machine. Once a license is activated, the software has been delivered and used, so it is no longer eligible for a refund, except where the consumer law that applies to you requires otherwise.

If the plugin is faulty

The 14-day window above is about changing your mind, and is separate from your rights if the software is defective. If you activate the plugin and hit a genuine fault that stops it working as described, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you even though the license was already activated. Please contact us first so we can try to help.

How to request a refund

Email us at almogharari.biz@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and returned to your original payment method. When a refund is issued, the related license is revoked.

Free downloads

Free downloads cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you, including statutory withdrawal or refund rights in the EU and the UK. Our full terms, including the governing law, are on our Terms of Service page.
